Dealers registered under Goa Value Added Tax Act, 2005 are hereby informed that henceforward Certificate of Registration is not required to be renewed.

As per Goa Value Added Tax (Amendment) Act, 2023*, with effect from 1st day of April, 2017, any registration obtained under the provisions of Goa Value Added Tax Act, 2005 shall remain valid until it is cancelled.
